1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MARÉ Spa website or booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from MARÉ Spa. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full treatment cost. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

4. Health and Safety

Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications that may affect their suitability for treatments. MARÉ Spa reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment based on health considerations. The information you provide is used solely for your safety.

5. Conduct

MARÉ is a sanctuary dedicated to rest and restoration. We ask all guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Mobile phones should be silenced. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.

6. Liability

MARÉ Spa Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises except where caused by our negligence. We recommend you secure personal belongings. MARÉ Spa is not responsible for items lost or left on the premises.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. Vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment.

8. Changes to Terms

MARÉ Spa Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
